The following is a summary of key action items taken by the Mayor and Council at the City Council meeting held on June 13, 2022. The meeting was held at City Hall at 25 East Alabama Street, Tallapoosa.
- Approved the minutes, financials and invoices over $300.
- Approved the invoice to purchase fireworks for July 4th celebration. (Fireworks will be July 2nd at Helton Howland Park.)
- Approved the rules and regulations governing the city pool.
- Approved council member Jonathan James, Post #4 to represent the City of Tallapoosa at the Georgia Municipal Association Parade of Flags at the annual conference.
