- Approved New Member, Jeff King, to the Downtown Development Authority
- Approved the re-zoning of Parcel # 0035 0032
- Approved Financials, Minutes and Checks over $300
- Approved Three-way Stop at Kay Street and Faye Street intersection
- Approved to pay Consulting fee for Inspector
- Approved Executive Session to be conducted
